The Call To Aid!

A Show of Klass

"For Lack of Knowledge My People are Destroyed..." Hosea 4:6

Did you know?

Did you know that education is quickly becoming a luxury in this, the land of opportunity?

"We can't afford to make higher education a luxury in this country," Obama said in an address to the National Governors Association at the White House. "All families ought to be able to afford it."
A noble statement Mr. President. I for one agree. I can remember being caught up in the throng of excitement during the 2008 election of our current nation's leader. He had a campaign slogan that brought a nation of this planet's most diverse population together under one chant of "Yes, we can!" I know in times of uncertainty like this it is easy to blame one man for all of our problems, but if you cast your vote for Obama it did not mean that he could solve all of our problems; a vote for him meant that you believed in yourself, that you could rise to insurmountable odds and surmount them.

This is by no means a political blog post in the sense of democrats vs. republicans. Rather it is a call to all those who would stand in the terrible face of broken dreams and dashed hopes and provide funding for our nation's students.

My name is Klass (like class, but there is so much content on the web that one has constantly got to establish a difference of identity) and I am the co-founder is Klass Akt, an organization founded for the sole purpose of giving our nation's impoverished people a chance gain a meaningful education; something they may not have otherwise had the opportunity to enjoy without organizations like ours.

How does Klass Akt plan to achieve such a lofty goal?

"The Journey of 1000 miles begins with one step" is the old adage. We at Klass Akt we believe in raising large quantities of money for student aid even if it takes one penny at a time. We have products for sale within the reasonable spectrum of pricing. T-shirts, hoodies, and even iPhone cases for sale. Each item will showcase a different design aimed at bringing attention to different fields of education. Everything from engineering to medical research is needed and will be stylishly designed by us here at Klass Akt. Each design will only be available for a period of 5 days, after which it will be gone forever.

The Pledge

For every purchase we at Klass Akt  will donate $5 to a college fund of our choosing. The gallery for our products will be available soon. Make sure you like us on Facebook and/or follow us on Twitter. Having doubts about the future and what it holds for you? just look into the eyes of your children and the children of others. Never let that light of wonder and curiosity in their eyes go out. It's time to take a stand and look great doing it. "Yes we can."

And as always, comments are welcome. Let us know what you think by posting a comment, or you can hit us up at klassact002@gmail.com. We'd love to know what you're thinking. Plus we're always looking for some students/potential students to have their picture and a small profile put on a tag for one of our products. It helps people to know that they are helping real people and not just giving to another faceless multimillion dollar corporation.
